Rianna is a young woman from Arizona with three children. She brought her youngest baby with her to her appointment with Rowen. She was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 4-5 years ago (just after her son was born). Her arms, wrists, hands, fingers, and knees are severely deformed and painful. She is barely able to get her arms over her head (and in great pain). Rowen explains that Rianna had two root canals and wisdom teeth removal about 10 years ago.
