Stacy | Wisdom Tooth Extraction Causes Severe Shoulder Dysfunction (Frozen Shoulder) | Source of Pain is Dental

Stacy is a woman who hurt her arm and shoulder in a skiing accident. She saw Rowen’s YouTube video of Melanie’s story, and Stacy realized that she might have the same situation. Stacy thinks she has Frozen Shoulder, but at timestamp 2:30, Rowen explains that this is not actually Frozen Shoulder because Stacy can extend her arm. Rowen explains that Stacy cannot bring her arm away from her body (adduction). Rowen injects Procaine into Stacy’s wisdom tooth. At first, Stacy doesn’t notice any improvement. After waiting 2 minutes after the injection, Stacy has greater range of motion in her arm. After a few more minutes, at timestamp 5 minutes, Stacy shows that she is able to move her arm away from her body normally (full adduction). Stacy says it is tight, but the massive pain is gone. Stacy says her pain has gone down from 10 to 3. Rowen sends Stacy to the dentist.
